Ordered bras for larger breast, should have known not a legit site when bra sizes are not in traditional bra format. Took a while to recieve the bras due to them being shipped straight from Chinese factory. Bras did not fit correctly so I contacted customer service. They (Ruthie from Forlest) made it very hard to return my order and kept trying to encourage me to try other bras and do an exchange, even told me I could keep what I purchased and have new styles sent. It took several back and forths with Ruthie/Forlest to finally get a return address. Now I am waiting for a refund and it has been 2 weeks since my return was delivered to their NJ address and I still have no return. I contacted Forlest again and I got some attitude in the response. I am now reporting Forlest Bras here to make others aware that this is a very scammy, poorly managed company. I also plan to contact my bank as I want my money back.

Bought their bras on the claim they were amazing for large cups..they show a proper fitting video to assure proper fitting when I received them they were not close to fitting properly I contacted to return. I reconnected again after 2 weeks no response kept emailing everyday for weeks finally got a response after I claimed to take it to authority...they sent a note saying they returned my money and it was my problem to get it from my bank.

I ordered a couple things from Forlest.

Their size charts are extremely incorrect causing me to return the purchased bras. When I finally got a confirmation to return them I was told I had to pay for the return myself to a different address than where it was shipped from. I was then told to send the tracking information to the instructed email and I would receive a refund once the bras were received.

I can not get ahold of anyone from the company. It’s been several weeks.

This company purposely advertises an incorrect size chart so you are forced to return product that you will never see a refund for. Only contact is thru email and the phone number I found is a voicemail only.

ordered items, then returned them when they did not fit. Have not received my refund despite multiple email contacts. They seem to be giving the run around. This has been going on since early June. Product was returned on June 7th.
