Booked this place through Expedia platform as I always book through them, place was highly rated with the best reviews, although I am sure it is all fake! This is a scam, a misleading clients. Don't ever book this place! Bad communication from the start, then had to send $ 550 by e transfer security deposit what sounded strange and almost fraud to me. As we already paid everything to Expedia and they had our credit card info, driver's licence etc. Place was not at all what was advertised and we had to stay with complete stranger's in the same apartment. We were not informed that this was a shared place, not for $ 880! Total scam and very unsave and horrible! Better book a nice hotel! There is no front desk it is not " serviced" as they state! Everything was in question about this place, so be aware.

I received a call 2 hrs before check-in, to tell me that the apartment will be shared with 7 other people. The agent (Jason) told me i’d better look for another hotel for the night, and that he has spoke to his manager about giving me full refund (the expedia site showed ‘no refund’). I went ahead and booked elsewhere, but never received the refund that was promised.
The company cancelled my booking 2 weeks after the reservation date, so that the negative review i left is erased from expedia site.
I contacted expedia yesterday, they endorsed the scam behaviour, and told me nothing they can do. I found out this morning on google reviews, multiple people filed bad reviews on this company 2 weeks ago, leaving exact feedback i had experienced - told last minute the accommodation is shared and either forced to upgrade or cancel, but never received refund.
This is a full fledge scam, buyers be aware.

Booked a room through Expedia. They company reached out to me and told me that my room would have a shared bathroom and kitchen with 10 other people and they thought I wouldn’t like that so they asked if I wanted to upgrade my room for 120$ to one with a private bathroom, and also asked me to e-transfer them 300$ as a security deposit before allowing me access to my room. I explained I did not want to upgrade for extra money and was fine with my current room, at which point they said my original booking room was no longer available. After many texts from different numbers as well as phone calls, a phone call with a guy named Jason who works there ended with him saying he would just fully refund me my booking since he could not accommodate me. At this point I went ahead and booked a hotel in Toronto and awaited confirmation of this refund. I never received it. I did not recieve a refund or access to the room I booked through forms serviced suites. After going back and forth with them, and Expedia for 2 days they are still refusing to send me the refund and lying about what happened. I would not book through them unless you also want to be lied to and scammed and experience horrible customer service.
