Ordered item online, received product, did not fit. Went to Forme website to return, website required an 'order number' before moving to next page. I did not have a order number, it wasn't on the transaction, there was no paper in the delivered package. It only came with a transaction ID, an invoice ID, and a route order #. I emailed the company and received a form letter with no valid information. They have a strict 14 day return policy that includes 4 photos of item being returned, I emailed company again stating that I did not have an order number. This time they responded and gave me one, order #11245. I went back online, wrote out my reason for refund, uploaded photos and clicked submit, another page came up asking if I wanted a refund or a $148.00 credit (total purchase price was $184.60 with tax and shipping). When I clicked on 'refund' nothing happened. I tried that several times with no luck and than hit "exhange" to see if the entire page was frozen. This immediately took me to the exchange page where they offered me less money than my original purchase when they received the product back in the mail from me. This company has no contacy information on their website. No address, no phone number. All they offer is a email address which isn't responded to in a timely manner. I do not believe they are operating in good faith or honeslty. I am out $184.60 unless I want an exchange that is worth $148.00. I don't want any products from them, I just want a refund.
