I ordered three pieces of clothing off a website but the site was down. The page on instagram had a number, which I still have and the entire conversation, to send my address and clothes size to order. I sent money through a bank transfer Zelle and was told production would take a while. After some months I was emailed they would be getting to the September orders shortly. I sent many emails and even to the number that I contacted and nothing. Please help
