A sales person came into my home, sold me a unit after looking at my existing duct work and air returns and sold us a unit that was assured to work with prexisiting equipment. We had have nothing but issues since until installed. I was forced to find $10000 to ugrade all our duct work and air returns. They were called repeatedly abput this and i spoke to people in management they would make this right. They are sending me emails specifying my init is being starved from air, they are the experts, or so i thought and sold ne a unit they knew was inadequate for my existing duuct work, they said its not our problem that salesman no longer works here who indeed went into my attic as i insisted before purchasing a unit. They also still claim the resaon in the last several months our unit bgan to completely fail was due to lack of proper duct work and air return which i had to borrow against my home and was done over a year ago. We rely in companies to be up front and honest when selling consumers equipment, otherwise i guess we'd all be doing the work ourselves. It had finally came to a head and we were told the failing compressor had to be fully non functioning before they could repair it under warranty. Its 106° here in the summer and i have a childcare business in my home. I have full intent of going ahead with a suit if i am not reimbursed for the extra work and money i had to borrow to pay another company to come in and do the work they lied about. I shouldve been sold a proper unit, or told up front that unit was going to starve with my existing duct work. The foeld manager was even put here at the time of installation. Now us anyone going to tell me he also went up there to check work being done abd kept his mouth shut just to make a quick sale. My account has been red flagged and they no longer will work with us after being promised they would fix pur issues. I have the warranty paperwork, and the invoice for the installation of duct work and air returns i shouldve been told about at the time of sale, or of the dozen times technicians were called out, my last email states my duct work is inadequate and because they didnt do the warranty work no further contact will be made. What choice do you have but to call an actual responsible company to do the job theyre ibviously incapable of doing. Refusal to correct their mistakes is about as irresponsible as you can get. I will never call this conpany or recommend anyone to use them for any services! You will be scammed just to drain you later of money, especially when you have to borrow against your home to correct things i should have been told up front. How hard would have been for the salesman who went into my attic to say you'll need different duct wirk and more air returns, or the field manager, ir any if the people Sarah and Tom to right a complete ?? wrong! Disgusted and if not resolved i do plan on filing a suit for health problems ive had due to systen not working properly causing me to lose earned income from clients not wanting children in my home for daycare and i have a very serious illness from the mold and mildew its caused in my home. Ive spent 5k on doctirs, tests and medications. Our boxed foods and spices were ruined which are fir feeding my daycare children and ourselves. I have to get weekly iv fusions to help repair my body from mold exsposer. Realistically this is a complete suit if scamming me, and due to that ive had serious medical bills, trips to the er for trouble breathing, and tremors caused by the unit not working properly and removing humidity out of the house and where i have a Florida registered business for caring for children. This will exceed 40k with medical proof and bills, medications and iv therapy i pay out of my own pocket for.
