I placed an order in the website for a promo . I understood I misread the promo instructions so I asked to cancel the order, and I received confirmation of the cancelled order. A week passed and there was no refund I then looked at the cancellation email it said 0.00 for refund. I messaged the owner Trina who then called me and advised she never received the funds there’s nothing for her to refund I need to contact my bank. If you’re a seller and you cancel a consumers order a refund should automatically go back to the customer instead the owner Trina again said she didn’t receive the money it goes through a third party before any funds are sent to her. I filed a dispute with my bank which they are currently working on . Two weeks have passed I reached out to the owner Trina for the third party contact information she left me a voicemail cussing me out and pretty much telling me I can’t comprehend. Super unacceptable and she needs to be stopped no one should be purchasing from her if that is how she conducts business
