I am a 71 yo man with a permanent disability. I was selling our house which required about 25 slates replaced. I called his his number at the end of April 2024 and shortly after signed a contract to have the work done in a week from the signing. This was a rainy May but there were many days where he and his alleged crew could do the work. I can’t tell you how many calls and texts that were made but many contacts on a daily or every other day basis with “Hampton Young”(likely a pseudonym) promising to do the repairs. We could no longer wait due to house sale and didn’t have time to deal with him. He took a 60%

down payment. I’m doing this because I would like to recover our loss but as importantly so that no one else is taken by this cruel scammer.
