After buying a home, this scammer, tries to associate themselves with the name of the mortgage company. The letter head and everything contained in the body of the letter implies that it is sent from the mortgage company through which I secured a loan. I received 5 - 10 letters, all in envelopes that appear official and each one demands an immediate response or a lapse of coverage for a "home mortgage" will occur. They are clearly trying to imply that they are from the lender and want to conflate "home mortgage" with "home owner's insurance" to fool someone into thinking their home owner's insurance is about to expire, which is typically a requirement for a standard home loan.

A direct quote from a letter I received: "You are receiving this notice because your property's home warranty at "redacted" secured by "redacted" lending LLC may be expiring or may have already expired."
