I was trying to change my mother’s address using their website. I never saw the cost. I completed the transaction the realized I was not on the USPS website. When I looked up Forward Post I found they are suspected of Scam. I called my Cc company they gave me a number 8442522332 to call Forward post to cancel my order. I got a text within minutes saying my order was refunded. No refund after 48 hours. My CC company told me I was charged 179.95. I cancelled my CC. The number on the text from Forward Post was a landline in Des Moines IA. I will be disputing the charge with my CC company.
