The company had me register in their portal where I would be receiving the packages as well as downloading new labels. Long story short the end of my 30 day trial was 9/13/2017 when I was told I would receive my first check. When it did not hit my bank account I just assumed ok maybe the next day. Nope! So I emailed the HR lady by the name of Irene Snow, who until then I had been in contact with throughout the whole process raising concern that my direct deposit did not hit and if there was a problem. Made several attempts to contact her actually and no response. She went MIA...how convenient right? So I took to my portal where I get my instructions from to get answers and asked what the issues was and why haven't I received my check yet? I was told by that person I should've have received it on the 13th and not to worry they will contact the "accounting" department to find out what happened and not to worry. So I'm patient and I waited for a response and send out my last package, because for me I'm still going to do my job and what I signed up for. It's now the 19th of September and still no word. I tried to email again to see what was going on, and no response again. Well, after I sent out my last package not only have I not heard from anyone but I have no access whatsoever to my portal. My username and password no long exist! Crazy right? But they have my personal information including my banking information which I will have to cancel!
Please DO NOT trust this company and have them scam you the way they did me. I was dependent on that money to care for my kids and pay my bills and now I have to find other means and fast. This is beyond embarrassing for myself and I cannot believe I fell for this crap. I'm just a mother at home who wants to keep a roof over her kids heads and bills paid.
Note: I went to the website and googled the address they have listed, doesn't exist. It's just an open field with trees. The number as well just goes right to an automated voicemail box that never returns your phone call.
