They claim the items were sent two separate times and sent “tracking numbers” showing the sweatshirts are sitting in NJ for over two months

I ordered two scripted sweatshirts and the lettering was terrible and not at all what is pictured online. You can’t read the a or e’s on either one. Plus they list as a sweatshirt when in reality it’s a thick lo mg sleeve shirt. I contacted customer service they offered me a refund of $18 or pay another $20 to have them replaced. I already spent $70 on the two shirts. This is a horrible company I wish I’d researched more before buying their products.

I placed an order in September with foryourcustom for a custom crewneck sweatshirt with embroidery after seeing an online ad. After ordering, I did not receive any sort of confirmation email, order info email, or anything. There was no order number, etc. for me to go by when trying to find anything out about my order. A sweatshirt did arrive aproximately one month after being ordered, however it was not the size or color selected and was a very cheap replica of what was shown in the pictures. I did some searching online and found the real Etsy shop where the original pictures and videos were stolen from and used to promote the items sold on the foryourcustom website. This company is a complete scam. Do not order from them. They refused a refund unless the shirt is shipped back, however there is no given address or way to find the company, as the package came from somewhere in China. When trying to contact the company, I have no order number, etc. so they have no way of "looking up" my order.

Order a gift for a relative last week of april, still have not received my package nor has the company been able to provide with tracking. The tracking number they gave is fake.

Ordered from the website foryourcustom.com received tracking number which never updated and emailed [email protected] 3 times and received a be patient. Never received product 1 month now. I lost $58.00.
