Found a charge for $39.99 on my bank statement when you go to the website to chat with anyone you must supply your first 6 digits and last 4 digits of you debit card. The website explains these are charges related to a membership but fail to explain what kind of membership. From website”Chargebacks and Cancels

If you have made it to this website, then you should have no reason to charge back a transaction. We are here to assist you, whether you have decided you are unhappy with the product or have concerns over charges on your card." Note the part about if you made it to their website you don't have any reason to cancel!?!
