Advertised a product as a glass "wave" vase on website. Turned out to be a plastic imitation of a glass wave vase by artists in Hawaii, not what they advertised. Their website also advertises 30 day full refunds. When I received the cheap imitation plastic case and contacted them to return, they sent emails refusing to refund the money. Then started to offer lesser amounts when I disputed that. I opened a dispute with PayPal, and they emailed me trying to get me to close the dispute and promised they'd refund if I did. When I asked them to commit in writing to the full amount of the order, they emailed that they would not do that and kept pressuring me to close the dispute. I did not close it, and PayPal ruled in my favor and returned my money.
