I purchased jeans and didn't receive them. The company said they sent a second pair and I still didn't receive them. I've been trying ever since march to get my refund!

Ordered a pair of Judy blue jeans on Facebook. I never received the jeans however the money was taken out of my account after email multiple times they kept saying that they were coming, however they never came.
