Hello,
I'm new to this community and am joining specifically to post this warning regarding Foxpad Customs Controllers. Everything I am stating in this thread is 100% truthful and you can contact me directly with follow-up questions for additional proof.
I am posting this msg. to share my HORRIBLE rip off experience with Foxpad Customs / Noelle Lamb / [email protected] AND hopefully help you save your hard earned money. If you are tempted to order from this site: https://foxpadcustoms.com/ please reconsider before losing your $135.99 like i have!
BUYER BEWARE! Placed an order back on June 23, 2019 and exchanged a ton of emails from her promising shipment, b.s. email updates from her giving reasons for delays in shipping, etc. Bottom line is she kept this up for 4 months, then 2 months ago completely just stopped answering my email inquiries. As of today (January 3, 2020) I have yet to receive anything. The tracking number she uploaded with my order is a Bullcrap smoke screen to pretend it's being shipped, but the tracking number NEVER updates, an indication that she purchases a shipping label so she can upload a tracking number to your order, but no controller is ever actually shipped.
You can check the post office website www.usps.com using her bogus tracking number below
Tracking number: *** and you'll see the controller was never shipped and there has been no update, EVER.
I know she obviously does fulfill SOME of her orders, but if you do your research and read other threads, you'll see that I'm not the only one who is victim to her B.S. Not worth taking a $135.99 chance is my warning to you.
In case you're wondering, I was never rude in any of my email inquiries to her because I was hoping that she'd eventually ship me the controller which was purchased as a gift. I can provide email proof for anyone who inquires.
I've filed a claim with my credit card company and will notify the Better Business Bureau of her questionable business practices. Hopefully me taking time out to post this information will help save someone the grief I've experienced and more importantly their money.
