I purchased this product on 1/10/25. Business has not given me any update as to where my package is. Tracking shows “waiting to be processed”. I have emailed several times, wrote to their instagram business page, all to no avail. They have no shipping info/address for their business, and no contact information except for a generic email. Now I am out $60.
