I bought a Teacup Chihuahua on marketplace/ Facebook, they advertised on Facebook it is called Dream Chihuahua puppies for adoption and rehiring. The cost of the dog was initially $320 asked $70 for certificate totalizes $390 , vaccinated and delivered to my home. They send the puppy to Glo-Transit Courier Agency, They asked $500 to be reimbursed to have a better secure crate for the flight, the dog weight 1.5 lbs and he his 13 weeks old, I paid, now they needed $300 to insured the dog for the flight , flight is less than hour. So they cleared on site and say the puppy is in transit will be delivered on Friday, October 25, now it was too late to deliver on Friday, they will deliver on Saturday, October 26,2024, I had to pay the feeding and stay one night of $115.00 , so they release the dog for delivery in 4-5 hours. An hour before delivery, they asked me $360 for customs fees and inspection of the dog to be registered in the country. I was surprised because the dog is bought in Toronto and even the tracking # say in transit . And I live in Ottawa lees of an hour flight, there is no custom it is in the same province Ontario.

Now the dog is still at the carrier, did not pay $360 and room and board. I have no dog yet and the breeder says he don't understand , there is no problem usually.

I tried to call the phone number, it is none existing. No cost or information on cost .

I never received an invoice or a receipt.

Very unhappy and furious.
