Brandy Johnson called my mother for the past month and when I called she said a CashNet account was opened in 2013 in Kettering, Ohio from 2751 California  Avenue in my name. She said she was with an arbitration firm and wanted my statement before it went to legal. Cashnet is seeking $1900 in unpaid whatever. Her supervisor is Marshall Butcher. Says to have my lawyer request a 180-80 Discovery in order to see information. When asked for the information she has on me she said that I may have lied on my application but all fo that information is available on a 180-80 discovery. Says she has my social security and DL number.
