I searched for air flight tickets that I found on this website, when I called and spoke with the agent, he locked the price for the tickets for 24hrs, I paid for it then never received the e-ticket I called to buy more tickets for my wife and kids only to find out that the tickets that I purchased were not given to me, I spent all day on the phone only to be told that they changed the tickets and they blamed different airlines just to jack up the price of the tickets. I have called United Airlines to ask for the tickets and was told that they failed to pay for the tickets. The tickets were still available but they wanted to make more money on me, also they tried forcing me to get flight insurance incase something goes wrong but they are not responsible for refunds but they make you fail by not providing the tickets that they posted online just to lose my money, my personal info and off my families info. Just because they want to make more money off you by jacking up the price, wasted my day yesterday and Saturday with them, very sad. The same thing happened with a similar company called "Travel by Mondee", they wasted my time and canceled the tickets I already purchased.
