We were attempting to charge our EV at a public charging station. The QR code on the charger took us to their website, and we entered our payment information and created an "account" thinking this was for charging our car. Then we get an email saying we've signed up for some sort of "entertainment" account for $40/month.

We had also installed a Shell Recharge app on our phones as part of this, but never got the charger to actually work. I'm not sure that this app is associated with the problem with Digitalizze.co

When we called attempting to cancel, they wanted us to give them our CC#. We hung up at that point and started pursuing other avenues.
