Ordered two pairs of pants on Facebook never received them reached out after a couple of weeks was told they had a lot going on I should wait waited another week they gave me a tracking number that didn’t work told them the tracking number didn’t work they sent me a tracking notice showing it was in route told them I had ordered 5 other things off Facebook and received them got confirmation when I placed the order which I didn’t get with this company I had to find them and wait on an email to here anything about my order I asked for a refund because I had ordered other things and had received them no problem while im still waiting for there product I was informed no refund would be given and to give them a chance on delivery so I waited got an email a month later saying the package was undelivered and being returned to sender contacted them through email was told the couldn’t get the package back it would be destroyed but for an additional price and they would send out another order which I replied why would I spend more money on a package you can’t deliver then inquired about my refund being as though they se the package couldn’t be delivered they have just kept resending sorry for the inconvenience but for an additional price they would send out another package I just want a refund I paid for a package that they know never got win not spending any more money when they couldn’t get it right the first time please help sincerely concerned consumer
