They started out by saying they were Frank Adams, 52 years old from Griffons Pharmaceutical and said he believed I was there for the job interview. He said he was the one hiring in North Carolina and asked me to reintroduce myself. We went through the interview process of asking me questions for any normal interview. Told me I was hired and that they were going to send me a check to buy all the equipment I would need to set up a small office. They sent a check via email. The email was sent by Nicole Decker, [email protected]. The check was addressed to me with the amount of 3,155.56 Nicolet National Bank to deposit into my Renasant account via mobile deposit. The check declined because I forgot to put mobile deposit on the check. I also told them they spelled my name wrong and they send another. I ended up doing it again but the bank still declined it. Next thing I know I get a check in the mail via FedEx with the amount of 4,989.00. I went to the bank to deposit it but the bank teller told me it was fraud and voided it out. He kept asking for the deposit slip but I never gave it to him. I did let him know that I knew it he was a scammer after that and he cut all contact with me. Before all of this though, they sent me paperwork to fill out and I put my license number on there along with my social security number. They have this information on me and I am really never about what they plan to do with it

He didn't succeed. He sent a check for me to deposit via mobile deposit but it didn't go through twice. Then I got an a check in the mail but the bank told me it was fraud.
