DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Beginning on February 03, 2021,Le Mars Transport will provide to 'Owners Sellers Name' the shipping services for the following items:

a. All items shall be transported from 1345 12th Ave SW, Le Mars, IA 51031 to locations indicated by theseller 'NAME'.
b. Carrier shall promptly and efficiently receive, ship and deliver safely, within Clients established schedules and without delay.
c. The seller 'NAME' guarantees that the product described above is in good order. The seller 'NAME' guarantees that she is the true and lawful owner of the above-described items and that it is free of all encumbrances and any and all legal claims. The seller 'NAME' warrants that at the date of signature of this contract there are no licensing fees or fines or other penalties outstanding against the registration of the items sold in terms of this contract.
PAYMENT. The carrier will not deliver this shipment without confirmation of payment. Payment shall be made to our SAFE® Services Department by Bank Wire Transfer in the amount of $$$$.00 to initiate the shipping services described in this Contract . The SAFE® Services section is part of our company to make all of our sales safer and cheaper and it will be applied for all of our transactions, in order to make it even better we have decided to randomly assign different bank accounts that are working with us. Our SAFE® Services Department will hold the payment in a trusted account until we have your confirmation that you are satisfied with the item. As a buyer, your money is held in our trust bank account and are only released as specific check points in your agreement (such as receiving keys, clear title, manuals , service records , bill of sale, registration or documents state transfer ) are reached . Upon receiving the items, the buyer has a 5 days inspection period . If the items arrive and are not as advertised , the buyer has the opportunity to return the items to theseller and receive a refund of the full purchase price within 48 hours . In this case , theseller is responsible for all return"
