The survey was for my local water and electric company, Frankfort Water and Electric Plant Board. It stated to pay shipping of $1.00 for a Playstation 5 that I had won. When I entered my information for this it charged my account $59.00 and signed me up for a one-year TV subscription which was NEVER mentioned. I called customer service to cancel the subscription. The gentleman would only refund 70% of the money withdrawn from my account. He stated I can still keep my subscription and entries for the prize, which I did not want to keep.
