Caller claimed that my husband had a lawsuit filed against him and needed to call back with a case # that was provided by the female caller. She stated that this was a time-sensitive manner and that my husband needed to call back ASAP to avoid further legal action. My husband has never been in trouble with the law and we have never received a letter or court summons/legal notice, etc. I believe this is a phishing scam for personal information.
