financial goals. As your Mortgage Professional, I am committed to
working with you to find the best possible product and solution to meet

Once again it was a pleasure speaking with you regarding your home
mortgage loan. Per our conversation it seems we can help save you a lot
of money on your monthly mortgage payment by lowering your interest rate
and overall monthly payment. Based on the information we've reviewed we
can qualify you under the American Rescue Plan on a 30-year fixed
mortgage loan.
Now the next process is simple enough, we need to collect some of your
documentation to get the approval process started with no cost to you of
course. You can send those via fax listed below, it is an E-Fax, so it
comes directly to my email.
Here is the list of docs that I mentioned to you when we spoke:
* Copy of Mortgage Statement
* Copy of Bank Statements or Paystubs (whichever is more convenient)
* Copy of Income Documents (W-2 or 1099 Form if Self-Employed)
* Also remember to cross out all sensitive information such as: Date of
Birth, Social Security Number and all Bank Account information.
