I received a call from Robert Brooks who works for Franklin West & Associates based out of Mission Viejo, California regarding a past debt. Robert was demanding that I pay the amount immediately and threatening to serve me with court papers. When I explained that I am currently at work and I would call him at my earliest convenience, Robert demanded I retrieve my debit card to make a payment right then and there or I would be served papers.
