Completed application for Home Mortgage Loan, did preliminary research on company at that time May 2023 no complaints or SCAM notifications. Completed application and sent requested information, proof of id, income, budget, taxes, bank statement and loan approved. Lenders (Chris of Franklin Square Financing) informed me that I had to open Escrow account to pay for Appraisal, Title and Doc fees and Notary, which are reason cost of refinance I sent cashier check from my Bank Account at Zion’s Bank. However, after they received the funds I was ghosted. No escrow account ever opened, I contacted Sheriff department filed a report

Because my contract says these are escrow fees (fraud), also when to the bank to get copy of processed check. Turns out that CHASE BANK cashed a business check without a company stamp or signature on the check. No idea who cashed the check. Still trying to contact CHASE to locate name of account holder check was deposited into and why processed without endorsement.
