I inadvertently confused this private company with a New Mexico County's property records website. I paid $1 for a worthless "property report." Later, I discovered that in addition to the charge for $1, I was charged a $28.95 monthly recurring fee. My bank gave me a number to call. When I spoke to "Andy," he told me that my "account would be cancelled" and I would receive a refund, which would be reflected on my credit card account within 5-7 days.
