Caller stated I was going to be served for Defrauding a Financial Institution (Capital One Bank) for a credit account from 20 yrs ago. had account numbers and all my info (name, address, phone) they even called mu husbands cell phone. Gave me a reference number and phone number to call to settle the account before I was served and sued for $2500. I panicked and made the first payment only to find out it was a scam
