A man named Jon Blake emailed us from [email protected] asking us to quote him for some tires. He needed them to be carried out only, WITHOUT INSTALLATION. Tire sizes were 275/55R19 Continental cross-contact LX25 or Continental 4x4 contact; 275-60R20 Michelin Defender LTX M/S2 or Terrian contact H/T and lastly 285/50/20 Michelin Defender LTX M/S or Michelin Latitude tour HP on January 16th 2025. We emailed the quote of the cost breakdown and informed them that the tires were not in stock and would be a special order. Jon replied to order these 8 tires; 275/55R19 Continental Cross contact LX25 and 8 tires 275/60R20 Michelin Defender LTX M/S2 by email. The phone number provided by email was (219-587-0224). The phone number during additional phone conversations (that was recorded by us) was (414-381-4770). The payment was finalized on January 21st via credit card over the phone by Jon Blake, the phone number he used was (414-381-4770). A copy of the receipt marked paid was emailed to [email protected]. We called Jon Blake at 414-381-4770 to inform him the tires will be delivered to us tomorrow Wednesday, January 22nd. Jon Blake said her would send a delivery truck to pick them up. A man named **** ******* called and inquired why his card was used at our business. He did not order tires and he was going to cancel the card. We reported the potentially stolen credit card to the Lodi WI Police Department Officer ****** **** (608-592-5401)who wrote up a report and we reversed the charges. The delivery truck driver from ******* ************** arrived with a bill of landing to pick up tires and was greeted by Officer Cody Jepson from Lod WI police department (***************************) who took a police report and questioned the driver and was released. The ******* ********** ************** called to confirm the driver had picked up tires and was told he would not be able to pick them up. A few minutes later Jon Blake called to ask why the tires could not be picked up (719-294-6664). Officer ****** was interviewing the driver at our business when Jon Blake called so the phone was given to the officer who introduced himself and told him the card was stolen he was immediately hung up on by Jon Blake.
