I looked at my bank statement and it showed i had a check go through my bank for 34.99. Since I do not own any checks i looked into the matter further found my bank provided me with a photocopy of the check. I was able to get the company name and phone number off of n it. I noticed that the full name on my bank account was not on the check plus I noticed the address was wrong on the check and it look to be a printed check which i do not know how to do nor do I use any service for it. I called the number from the check I got a recording saying call back during business hours which i though was funny cause their site says 24-hour contact plus you would think being an id protection company they would be available at any time for customers that have id arise at any time. so, I called back during hours given spoke with someone they told me i talked to someone and signed up for service which I know I hadn't then the person goes into telling me it's a nonrefundable service. Then she said that I should be receiving My welcome package by end of week, and it has a 100-dollar card with it that i can do anytime from many companies. When I called back and was demanding information on the matter and how they had gotten my account information and that it is fraud and had been reported to proper authority
