I received a call back in December, saying they had exhausted all attempts to reach me and this was now a mediation group representing the hospital I owed, from a visit in 2016. Unfortunately, they caught me at a vulnerable moment and I didn’t do my research first, like I usually would, and I set up payments to avoid court. They were able to verify the date of the visit, the insurance I had, my address at the time, etc. It seemed legitimate.. until I started getting calls from other mediation groups, also threatening to take me to court.

Long story short, I just got a letter from my insurance, saying my information was involved in a security breach back in October.

They email me primary from an email [email protected], would not give a phone number for a while demanded payment on a secured card to remove from court. Last email said would email court details. Called the Cozen law firm they have never heard of him. Also called the company they said . Did not owe them any money.

Received a phone call from this number stating there was a skip-trace that has come up recently, associated with my phone number but it never stated who they were trying to reach. It's from an Ohio number. I don't live in Ohio. I don't have outstanding debts that would cause a "skip-trace". The recording directed me to go to "rcapay.com" to settle the issue. I went to the site and they had listed a last name I haven't had for over 20yrs.
