We are offering you is an Account Receivable Position in USA. This position entails Invoicing our US based customers, collecting payment (new and outstanding), book keeping (keeping accurate records) consequently enabling the growth of our company in this region.

Due to an immense request for our products in the United States, it's been a hassle keeping up with transaction records. This challenge has not only limited our effort to perform business as desired in the United States, it has also led to late remittance of over $15.1M USD owed to Wematik over the years.

?The only solution to these drawbacks is an account receivable. An account receivable not only assist in invoicing, collecting payment effectively, and keeping adequate records; an account receivable also makes it easier for customers to comply and pay in early (without breaching the 30 days Net agreement) which in turn accelerates the growth of our company.

Summary

• You'd be receiving new payment, Collecting outstanding payments and keeping records.

• Communication with customer only via emails and telephone calls. There are no travels involved.

I applied for Data Entry Clerk job. Someone reached out to me and said they were from the company and to email this email and they will conduct on interview. No phone call, no video conference. Just email, I answer questions on the email and type them up. They were super vague and didn’t answer my questions clearly. This was a very fraudulent company looking for people to fall for their scams.

I saw Job posting on LinkedIn for a Remote Junior Java Developer based in Chicago, IL, to which I applied. I received a call from someone, and after a short screening interview, I was informed the "Enrollment Process" Involved Placing a $700 "Security deposit" that would be "returned after I obtained a job", despite not being given assurance of when that would be, or if it was a guarantee.

I was informed the company was nominally a staffing agency, and that I would be contracted out to a client company. Which company it supposedly was was not named, but they provided a generic list of popular companies, including Amazon, which is not a company listed on their website. I was offered "Free and optional" training and that I would be "prepared and groomed" for interviews for client companies.

I was not provided any meaningful assurance the deposit would be returned to me.

The company has an entry in USCIS E-Verify.

I received a text message from Daryl Smith from Higgs Construction Limited. I am reaching out to you in regards to your resume approved for the Remote Data Entry/Administrative Assistant position with pay rate of $35 per hour (Monday - Friday; Full-time & Part time). Then add the HR Manager, Mrs. Cristina Sanders using this number (567) 485-2389 and commence the online interview/briefing and comprehensive job details. ASAP, Thank you! Then later that day after the interview I found the email from James Simmons advising the same as above. I followed the instructions and did the interview. They advised I got the position, emailed me a job offer letter from Mrs. Lochie Korck [email protected] to sign and email back and then next day air a check for $4990.00 through UPS from Impact Printing & Design 9193779777 Impatct Printing & Design 2908 N Main St #112 Fuquay-Varina NC 27526. They wanted me to deposit the check and keep $210 for sign on bonus and wanted a picture of the deposit receipt. I had my bank verify that it was a legitimate check before I would think about depositing the check and they advised it was not a good check. I told them this and that I would not deposit it and they wanted me to take it to ATM to deposit it immediately I advised them I could not, and they ceased contact with me.

Coders Data is a scam! They will blow your phone up and tell you they are a staffing agency and that the $700 is for training but once you sign up they will no longer reach out to you. After that, it is upon you to get in contact with them to see if there are any updates. If you suspect it's a scam they will lead you to their E-Verify, which means absolutely nothing - am so glad I came to the BBB. I should have known just by the format of some of the documents that something was wrong.

Was contacted on March 13, 2023 for having my resume noticed on indeed. They said I looked like a fit for their company Webasto and wanted to do an interview. They had me download telegram and do a IM interview that lasted about two hours with in-depth questions from work ethic to experiences I have had in the work place. I answered all questions they said I seemed like a great fit and they would get back to me. About 30 minutes later I received a message that they wanted to hire me. Something felt off though as they mentioned this was for a location they were opening in Windsor, WY which is not a place first of all. But I thought they meant to say Windsor,CO which is not far off. They said the position would start remote and once the location is open I would have the option to work from home or office. I researched opening branches for Webasto and I could not find anything on this location let alone in Colorado at all or Wyoming. My husband and I started doing more research and he found multiple extremely similar scams with Webasto being used on the Better Business Beauru. The company told me that I would receive info and paperwork and to report by 8am.

I was texted by a number saying they were interested in my résumé off of the indeed website. They stated that they wanted to interview me through Skype. I agreed and had an interview through text message via Skype app. After the interview they offered me the position on the spot and then told me that I needed to fill out an I-9 in order to begin employment. At this time I had a bad gut feeling, and assumed that this was a scam. I blocked all the contacts and did not share anymore information with them.
