Shoe store on Facebook

- Lehigh Acres, FL, USA

The website (kavalos.com) has multiple items for a reasonable price. The steps to purchasing the items appear no different from any other site. After an item is purchased it requires standard shipping information( name, address, etc.). It advises that you will receive an email and a tracking number within 3 business days after the order is filled. The payment goes to a fake animal rescue.

Followed a FaceBook link to a site (coolersales.shop) advertising RTIC brand coolers for over 90% off retail price. Prior to entering my credit card info, I emailed customer service inquiring about the legitimacy of their business and received a prompt response assuring me that they were. After further investigation via Google search of their office location (Gould St, Wyoming) I found several reports citing this address as fraudulent.

Completely fake website that lures you into paying subscription daily charges for $100 instead of just sending you a pair of sunglasses like you thought you were buying

- Schertz, TX, USA

The Sutera pillow didn’t work out for me. It caused more pain on my neck and sleepless nights. The pillow case arrived with a tiny tear and I would like to return both items as soon as possible. I sent the company an email & several chat attempts (no reply) and called them multiple times. I’m connected to a recording that states all representatives are busy and hangs up.

- Granby, CO, USA

I ordered Utopia's 1 package order for $39.76 and a charge went to USAA who quickly sent us a fraud alert and did not send Utopia any amount. Only downside to me is that USAA is having to cancel my card and send me a new one. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

- Chicago, IL, USA

Merchant sells completely ineffective, fake products under false claims, guaranteeing a 60-day refund period.

When I contacted the merchant right away, after being dissatisfied with their product, they initially responded (only once, it may even be a bot). However, instead of cooperating, they gave me useless troubleshooting advice. Furthermore, when I clearly stated my intention to return the product, they stopped responding.

The merchant claims to have and advertises a 60-day "Guaranteed" return policy on their website. However, they do not provide a return address or phone number on their website and fail to provide any return instructions.

I called my credit card provider and asked for the listed business address of the merchant. I returned the product with USPS Certified mail to the address provided. However, the mail was returned to me because the business address seems to be some kind of a storage unit or I'm not sure. In essence, they don't even have an active mailing address.

Despite my efforts to communicate with them, the merchant never refunded or responded to me.

- Sedgwick, KS, USA

Cannot contact this company. Phone # dose not work, they do not respond to e mails, they did not charge tax on my purchase.

Also the prices on there web site are just to good to be true.

- Upper Marlboro, MD, USA

Has website of outdoor patio furniture and lawn care products and offer free shipping.

- Mechanicsburg, PA, USA

A advertisement on YouTube came up and I thought it was cool so I went and checked it out. I noticed that the address used was that of one that scams have been reported to be I'm that location. I also saw that a revew of a specific product had two revews from Jeff and Jeff Beam (get it like light beam? They are selling light up car retrofits?) on the same date with the same red vehicle. This is not the only case of it happening with their products!! I have included a screen shot as well of another revew.

The instalation instructions were on a blog post portion and they were drawn on a pad of paper and posted with a picture from a phone.

There were revews posted on the main page in Latin. Why Latin if the rest of the page is English?!?

It read:

"It flatters the fear or the great asset of the casino. For the world of disease, the anxiety of life before, nor the makeup of poison. In my opinion, I don't want to be targeted, but I want the story to be successful. Just like fear."

Another one read:

"Curabitur is not a sad tortor. Trucks take him to the weekend. Until I am a lacinia, there is always no life. He is said to have lived in this street. Mauris is to be followed and he is to be drunk."

One of the product pictures has a Lincoln car and the plate is not even American!

Here is a read before you buy. The English is great (sarcasm lol)
