We deposited money on Sportsbetting.ag and when we requested to withdraw our winnings totaling $4300.00 they told us to upload our personal identification information including credit card used to deposit, bank statement, utility bill and state drivers license. We submitted everything they requested and then they told us we would be paid in 24 hours. We waited the 24 hrs and then they disabled the account we were login in through which we used to bet on sports. So we contacted the company through online customer support chat as well as over the telephone. They told use that they are going to do a verification process with the documents and information we submitted and told us should be about 48 hrs to verify the documents. Now here we are weeks later and several phone calls and customer support chats later and they keep leading us on telling us the issue will be resolved as soon as possible. So it went from them telling us they'll pay in 24 hours to 48 hours to verify documents to now weeks later telling up the same line over and over about it'll be resolved as soon as possible. Nothing's been resolved
