Ordered a custom motorcycle part from this business. After waiting almost a month I got the part in the mail. It was the wrong part, not what I ordered. I contacted Drew via email to let him know. At first he a was apologetic and promised the correct part ASAP as well as covering the return cost of shipping. The last email response I got from him was Aug 15 promising that they would cover cost of return. It is now September 26 and he hasn't responded to any subsequent emails. The returned item was confirmed delivered to his address on August 24th. There is no communication and no intention of making good on the product I purchased.
