My husband was contacted on facebook messenger through a hacked account by this profile of *** * *** telling him he had $150,000 for my husband. They spoke back and forth for a couple of days where my husband was told he needed to send $200 to process his money. We told Mr. *** we had no money and he said he could do it for $100. We told him we still had no money and he told my husband to click on a link he had sent and log into facebook from there. We did not do that as once we clicked on the link we could tell it was not right. My husband told him we couldnt log in from there and he asked for my husbands info. My husband gave him his email address and not the password. Mr *** then asked if we could get $75 to get this processed, and once again we told him that we had no money as it was the first of the month and we had just paid rent. He then said ok well your money will be delivered by 9:30 on Tuesday morning Oct 3, 2017. At 10 am my husband messsaged him ad told him nothing had showed up and he said in is in route. No money showed up that day. The next morning at 10am my cousin from florida sent me a message telling me he had just got a message from my husband saying we had won and claimed our $100,000 and he had money to claim as well. I told him it was a scam and my husbands facebook account had been hacked. I then got a message from my cousin in Sedalia saying she had gotten the same message from my husband. I went to Mr. ***s page and even messaged him telling him we want my husbands account back, which we still have not been able to recover. I saw my sister-in-law had just commented on one of the posts on this page and immediatly put a mad emoji on her comment and commented that we did not win any money and this was a scam. Mr. *** immediatly deleted my comment and blocked me. I reported this profile to facebook but they said it meets their community standards. Prob because the person does his scammin g through the messenger app. Basically this guy is scamming people to send him money and hacking into their accounts and sending out messages to their contacts to try and scam them. We did not send him any money but at this point we can not get back into my husbands facebook as Mr smith changed the e-mail and deleted my husbands and also removed my husbands phone number from the account. I am very upset as we can not contact a real person with facebook to help us get this account back. It has our photos and videos of our children and grandchildren as well as other important things. I do not want anyone to fall for this scam and send this man money or worse get hacked and loose all their stuff. We also contacted fedex and let them know someone is posing as their CEO and trying to scam people out of their money and gave them the link to the facebook page.
