It had said I was not eligible for the Covid test kits

Today I received 4 kits of 2 test each

Billing to Medicare, Tried Phone # to cancel any further shipments. I have also Emailed with no response.

Phone call asked verification of my name ?? address and said they sending me covid tests free which I said I don't need but they keep sending please stop it

Husband received a call saying a covid test was getting sent to me and that my insurance would pay for it. Husband confirmed our address. They did not ask for other personal information.
