I received a bogus number from Louisiana 225-320-0031 which I declined. They did not leave a message, but I immediately received a text message from 717-710-4455. The message wanted me to click on a link for free credit report claiming that my score dropped 45 points. I knew this was not accurate and I did not authorize or share my phone information for this purpose.
