Frank Smith advertises himself as government agency offering free grant money for low income people. He asked me for all my personal information and he told me in order to get my money I had to purchase a$500.00 apple gift card and I did it thinking it was part of the process he was going to send me the grant money. 1st he told me the money was on it's way to my house then the next day he told me my documents to get my money were not complete and I needed to get a ownership certificate and I had to pay $1000 fee for it. I blocked him after that because I don't have that much to give away and then if he's really granting me money to help me out then why am I paying for it? I wish that I would have realized it sooner before I bought the apple gift card and gave him the code thinking he was going to award me the funds and now I've lost $500.00 dollars, because of this man convinced me that I needed to purchase apple gift card to get the money awarded to me.
