The scammer used Facebook Messenger under the name Dan Caroline. I used the group on Facebook to purchase a pug puppy. He kept saying he was delayed and needed money to pay the police because he was carrying a puppy in a kennel without registration. He then stated he was 55 minutes away, But never showed
