Totally unsanitary and dishonest approach to rapid antigen testing. After you swab, they have you put the swab back into the plastic pouch it comes in rather than putting it directly in the testing solution. This leads to contamination and a significant amount of your sample being wiped away by the pouch, so results are compromised before you even get them. People's swabs and cards are in a sloppy stack and there's no way that they are able to keep tests straight and send people their own results. And they refuse to show you your actual test even if you wait onsite for your results, so you have no way of knowing whether the result they give you is real - again, or even yours. Not to mention, their signs advertise PCR testing and they exclusively do rapid antigen...which as I said, is likely inaccurate. And not rapid. They make you wait 2+ hours to get the result via email after they sift through their stack of swabs and people's informational cards.
