I spent $35.97 shopping from this business on the 1st of June 2018. At first they sent me an email right away confirming the purchase and offering discounts on the next purchase. I was suspicious by how they offered no tracking number but I was already along for the ride. They continued to email within the next few days offering “discount gifts for support” and they offered a link to a part of their website that would provide info on my purchase. I checked it regularly and it just informed that my things were in the process. Around the 20th of June they informed that my things had arrived at their business center here in the states and that it would be shipping out soon. Days went by and no update of that happened. As we entered into July I checked the link and it no longer was available, I can’t even find the website anymore. I emailed them and received an automated response informing me that they had received my email and that they would have an associate respond in the next 3 days. Nothing. Now its almost September. I’ve heard nothing, received no information and they won’t answer emails.

I placed an order with them two months ago, and received an email that it had shipped. However, it was never delivered and when I tried to track it I was told “tracking number not found”. I have reached out to this company in every way that I can and they have not responded since the initial thread where they told me I would receive confirmation. They have taken my money and not sent me a product.

Ordered a product from them advertised on Instagram, it has been two months, and have not received anything , messages them about where my order was, and for shipping information, and all they told me was that it was in transit. I asked if I could see for my self, they then sent me random letters and numbers as my shipping information with out telling me where I am suppose to even check the tracking number, they had nothing but one star reviews on their Facebook page about other customers not reciving a thing, and have them just creat a fake tracking number ... how ever they deleted all reviews. If you go through the comments on Instagram you can see the same thing has happend to hundred of people , Instagram still has their page up even though I reported it many times .
