I made a purchase on December 17th, 2018 for a clothing item. My card was charged the $22.98 the item cost, I received an invoice, but the item never shipped. Now it's February 21st 2019, I have not received my item, any communication from the shop, and their website no longer exists. After looking at reviews on this website, it appears that hundreds of other people have had the exact same experience.

Back on 11/26/2018 I had ordered a Christmas present for someone on the website freespiritedshop.com. Fast forward to today, 12/24/2018, and I have still not received my purchase. I have tried contacting the store with the email provided in my order confirmation, but never received any responses. Doing further research it appears there's a guy who created this website to scam everyone who orders out of their money, while never shipping the ordered product. Avoid this scam at all costs.

I purchased two items from Free Spirited Shop as Christmas gifts on 12/04/2018. I received a confirmation email with my order # and was told I would be notified when my items shipped. I thought it was odd that I hadn't heard anything after a week, especially during the holidays when every business is doing its best to ship things out on time. I emailed the "[email protected]" address that was provided and haven't heard a thing. The money however was taken out of my account almost immediately after my purchase. I still have not received my purchase or heard from the company. A few days after I sent the email inquiring about my purchase, I noticed in my confirmation email that there were pictures of my purchased items and for some reason I thought they looked familiar. I went onto *** and looked up similar items. The pictures on *** were the exact same as on Free Spirited. This website is a scam. DO NOT USE.

I saw an ad through social media about the website. While Free Spirited Shop IS a real business, the website is FAKE. The real shop does not have a website. When you order through the website, once you pay you are informed that you will be notified when the item is shipped. You never receive a notification. The scammer does not respond to emails. The item never ships. The domain owner is Colin *** (via ***) and he takes your money and never sends anything.

I ordered a *** *** music box on July 12, 2018 for a friend's upcoming birthday in August. I had ordered her about 4 things from different companies and had a huge problem with another gift, and so it took a while to resolve that issue. During this time, I completely forgot about ordering this music box. My email that I use for my *** is a different email than my regularly checked email and so it went unnoticed (I have a lot going on in my life - heart issues - and so it slipped my mind). About 5 days ago, I was going through my email connected to my *** account and came across the order confirmation email for the *** *** music box. I realized that I never received it and I emailed them immediately advising such and requesting either to be sent the box or to get a refund. I never heard back. I emailed again yesterday and still haven't heard a response. I went on their website to find another way to contact them, but the only way is via the email I already was given when ordering, [email protected], or a supposed form in the "contact us" section that doesn't exist. I looked this company up online and saw numerous other complaints of people not receiving their items either and never getting a response or a refund. Clearly this company is blatantly stealing money from consumers. Luckily I only ordered one thing but this business should be investigated for theft, fraud and whatever else I'm sure falls under the scope of these things.

On July 12, 2018, I made a purchase through www.freespiritedshop.com. I received a notification via the provided email that the order was received and that I would receive another email once my order was shipped. My credit card was immediately charged. 19 days later, on July 31, when I had yet to receive an email that my order was shipped, I contacted the seller via the provided email, asking if my order had been shipped and notifying them that my credit card had been charged. When I did not receive a reply, I sent another email a week later on August 6 and several more after receiving no replies. Finally, on September 22, GypsoLustCo replied, saying, "I am so sorry to hear about this. I will look into this for you and will get back with an update ASAP." I sent a follow-up email 10 days later, on October 3, when I hadn't heard back from them. Now, today on October 20, I have yet to hear from Free Spirited Shop / GypsyLustCo / Colin Ngai (the owner of the website). According to TrustPilot.com, I am not the only person who this website has scammed.

I purchased a key chain online from the scammer. Order confirmation received and money taken from account. This was done on September 6, 2018. Several emails asking for status of my order and no response. It appears they are taking money for items ordered and never delivering the items and no response to emails. They do not have a phone number to contact, only a form you can fill out to have them contact you which I refuse to do. I have learned a lesson, check with ScamPulse.com before you buy. This business has several complaints.
