I ordered ONE product from this website; and the next day I checked my account and two products and two different amounts were on my statement. That was a red flag. I called the 800 number and left a message; I called more times and finally they did answer; but never actually listened to me. Then they hung up! And so I called back and no one answered that time. After the auto-voice attendant I heard it pick up but no one there; no response and I called many more times with this sort of nonsense. The last time I called I actually got a voice mail and left a message for a complete refund and cancel any reoccurring orders. The amount of money is not the issue here; it is the idea that anyone can put up a web site and make it do things you don't see happening. This guy's company needs to be banned from use and he needs to pay me a fee for having to take the time to hunt down his address and deal with this nonsense.

What I reported to PayPal:

I did order a product that eminently shows up as two separate products. What was sent in an email was two products that don't match what it shows here. I called the company; but their support hung up on me and when I called back they would finally answer but no response and they are not fixing the problem. I want these refunded The one is Payment to ZIA FITNESS STORE for $6.84 and the other is DOMINX for $8.37. I want these refunded and any reoccurring purchases BLOCKED.

Their phone number is 800 650-6316 They do not respond to any of my calls and do not call back. They are running a scam; only one transaction was authorized 6.84 but they charged for something that was NOT authorized and there was nothing about reoccurring charges however, I found one website that says that they do that.

I can't find their website now; they are not on google; but the business name some up on their phone number (800) 650-616 as Freedom Formulas. Their Email is [email protected]. I am calling their number again and after the music on hold I get a beep and dead air. Nothing!
