Purchased a $100 hoodie via facebook ad to their site, they never shipped, or let alone created a label. They claim they'll send an email when order is ready, but what I bought was in stock, and its been 3 weeks, and I have yet to receive said email. I've messaged their "customer support" 3x, and its just a bot with an automated response saying someone will contact me, which has never happened. The whole thing is a scam, good luck getting a human response, let alone a refund.

I have sent several requests for information, I have a son that wanted shoes for a gift for graduating the Marine Corps program for an Embassy position outside of our country. I am very disappointed in the fact the advertise military support. Please contact them on my behalf. I have yet to receive a correspondence in several weeks.

Order #363050. Ordered on August 16th with no updates no shipping info. Have sent atleast 10 emails to no reply. Messaged on Facebook and Instagram both got a reply at first until I asked for an update our refund then they ghosted me. From what I've seen there just a garbage Chinese upseller company hiding under American Flag imagery to hide the terrible quality and customer service.

I have ordered from them before, and really liked the product and I got it in just a week or two. Thought I would order from them again for my fiancé's birthday and never received my order or any response from any of their contact information. Automated email reply, no one answers phone, messages read or sent and not read at all. I thought they were cool, but looking at everyone else's reviews and complaints they now seem like a total scam. Reached out to BBB as well.

I ordered a pair of shoes and they came in but were too tight. The company responded immediately saying send back and they will refund. They sent a shipping label immediately but have never since responded for the refund. Obviously a scam sight. I guess I'm out my $135.00...ugh

I purchased a pair of there XP1 shoes and to my surprise the shoes are made in China and it already shows. I’ve been wearing these shoes to work(office job) the last few weeks and already have some stitching coming undone. I’ve posted on there Facebook page only to have my post deleted and I can no longer comment. This company misrepresents themselves as Freedom Co with USA flags all over there products. Most of there products show USA made logos online so why wouldn’t I assume all there other products are also. I do not recommend doing business with a company that misrepresents themselves and then tries to silence you when you give some not so good feedback. Please do your research as there are plenty of good USA companies with similar style products but that are actually selling USA made products. What a disgrace!

We ordered swim shorts in July 2021. We finally received them in October and they were way too big so we emailed the company and they sent us a return label. They responded immediately. We paid $118 for the shorts. We returned them and 6 months later after numerous unanswered emails and being ghosted by the company, we never received our money back. I even filed a complaint with better business bureau and they still wouldn’t respond, even to them. I am so disgusted with them. They sell clothes representing our country and then rip everyone off. Very sad.

My name is John Watts though I go by the nickname Trey Watts. I ordered a pair of pants from Freedom Industries Outdoors in early March 2021. I liked them so much that I ordered several pairs of them on March 28th 2021. I have not received them. There is no physical address, No phone number. only email:[email protected]. The only response I get is this:

The orders have started shipping as of yesterday...which is why I cannot refund you for the order. We have over 900 orders that shipped out yesterday/ this afternoon. We would not have an issue refunding you for the order after you do receive it. If you like, I can send you the return label now.

I ordered a pair of shoes in Jan for my husband for Valentine’s Day and haven’t record the order yet I was provided with a fake tracking number and no movement on the shipping. This is a scam. It’s sad they advertise clothing representing our country and take our hard earned money.
