The two scammers was in the area and talking about solar panels. I People in the community was told that so that the state of South Carolina was giving out free solar panels to everyone in the area and it was a government funded program no springs attached and there was no payments that would be for the solar panels. I have several witnesses that they can test this. They say the solar panels were absolutely free and it was a government funded program. come to show they signed documentation in my name, which is not my signature and falsified contracts to have solar panels put on my house couple weeks later Without my knowing thinking, the solar panels were free didn’t know that my name was falsified onto W9 forms and on a contracts that says I owe them $81,000 for solar panels that was supposed to be government funded by the state of South Carolina. Also I found out that they used a neighbor Social Security number to place solar panels on my house without her consent. These people were so good and now I’m sitting here stop trying to figure out where he got my information from and just trying to get my life back and trying to pressure me and paying them $81,000 for solar panels that I did not authorize. And now there is no whereabouts of these two people that was in the area using people Social Security numbers and lying saying solar panels were free in the area.

A Sales person came to my house to sell me solar panels at a high rate. It was Christmas time 2023, so I was very busy and distracted. The rep was nice and assured me that if I signed that day, I would have until the Solar panels are installed to change my mind and cancel without penalty. So I agreed. The next day someone showed up measuring things and installed security equipment from Vivint in my house. That rep signed my name fraudulently and made up passcodes that I did not authorize. 2 weeks later, it was January and I had time to review the offer, BBB, and other companies, and decided to cancel Freedom Forever. I emailed them and called them many times, and they assured me that it would be canceled, but they only put it on hold. I didn't stress about it because the rep who came to my house convinced me that they wouldn't charge anything until the Solar panels were on the house and working well.

April 2024 rolled around and I received an alert that a loan was placed on my credit report for $20,904. I called Freedom Forever, who brushed me off again. So I submitted a ScamPulse.com complaint, and finally got someone to call me. She told me that either I need to pay a Vivint Equipment fee of $3000, or the Vivint security system needs to be canceled and returned to cancel Freedom Forever, and thus cancel the loan. I reached out to Vivint to cancel and scheduled for them to remove their equipment from my home the next day. This was a normal service for Vivint to do. However Daniel Larios from Freedom Forever told Vivint not to retrieve their equipment because they want to be paid first.

The $20,904 was supposed to be for Solar panels that I don't have nor will ever have.

The $3,000 was supposed to be for Security equipment that I don't want and they are refusing to allow Vivint to remove their own devices just so they can collect this arbitrary fee. They know that if I return the Vivint products, they can't charge me for the products.

So now They are trying to ruin my credit report and charge me $23,904 for products I don't have

was taken out in my name by Freedom Forever through a finance company name MOSAIC . It is showing on all 3 credit reports and Mosaic claimed my signature was on loan. This is not my signature and funds went to Freedom Forever for Solar panels which I have never met or do I have solar panels. They asked for social security # and Resident address, date of birth. I had called them on 1/25/2024 and told them they had multiple complaints on their company and wanted no further sales calls or solicitations from their company. To my surprise in April 2024. I seen a personal loan on my credit report for 16,946.00 I called Mosaic and they said that funds had been released to FREEDOM FOREVER. I let them know that I did not sign anything ---hard copy or through docu sign. I have contacted all three Credit Agencies. I spoke with FREEDOM FOREVER on 4/11/2024 and they had admitted they never did any work and seen my cancelation on 1/25/2024. They denied or were unable to verify that they did receive funds through MOSIAC finance fraudulently using my personal info. I am trying my best to figure this out.

Freedom forever approached my loved one through Vivint for solar. They were hoping to lower their bill and insurance would cover the cost, freedom forever received the check to install and never did and won’t return any calls. I did my research and many others have been scammed by them. And employees have been abused and died this company should be shut down. This is not ethical.

Freedom Forever did not install solar panels as promised but could not give us a time frame when they would be able to have the panels installed. This went on for about six months despite our calling and asking for updates every two weeks.

We decided to cancel the contract, so we notified Freedom Forever (by phone call), that we no longer wished to wait. We do not have the names of the three individuals we talked to, but each one told us the contract had been reviewed and the cancellation request had been reviewed and approved but the finance company, Mosaic, had never been advised. Each person stated they would ensure the process moved forward and that the department handling would be notified. This has been the case since we first communicated our choice to end this fiasco.

I called Freedom Forever customer service today (3:00. pm 3/12/24). I opted to have a call-back and at 3:22 an agent, Miglyn, called me back and stated she needed to check my record which took nearly ten minutes. After returning TWICE to tell me she was still searching the record, Miglyn returned a third time and told me the finance department would take care of the letter to Mosaic showing I cancelled. The problem with that is we CANCELLED in September 2023! Miglyn told me the finance department would send the letter when they got to my name. UNACCEPTABLE! This is the same lying rhetoric we have been exposed to from day one. Their tactics are at least questionable.

Mosaic continues to send a bill and have for three months, and today our credit monitoring service notified us there was a negative item showing up on our credit report. That is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Solar panel scam

Vlass action lawsuit is needed.

This person, Rose Roswell, was our agent and representative for the installation and purchase of our solar system. She works for a company called Sunder, which contracts for Freedom Forever. She led my wife and I to believe that we would be eligible for a rebate of around $15,000 dollars after the first 18 months. We were under the impression that we could keep the money or invest it in the solar system so our monthly payments would not rise. This is not the case according to H&R Block, our tax representative. They told us that they often hear this from their other clients. So now we face over $100 a month in increased bills that we were not expecting. The other issue is Freedom Forever. The lead electrician that worked on our installation was great. Other than that our installation had numerous issues like Freedom Forever employees smoking in our attic, the same technician leaving huge holes in our insulation that I fixed myself, and our solar system is riddled with issues like underperforming power production. Customer service is slow to respond and difficult to get in contact with. They have automated monitoring that should catch issues and instead, they wait months for you to contact them. They did provide monetary compensation for the underperforming months.

A solar panel company named Freedom Forever started an account to install solar panels on our house. A loan company named Mosaic started a loan for the install. The house was tested for the panels. It was too weak and too shaded to provide the right amount of sun. The account was cancelled by me BEFORE the 3 day right to cancel. The panels were never installed. I thought we were done. That was in May 2022. Now, May 2023, I am getting payments requests for the never installed solar panels. Mosaic is saying that the requested money was issued to Freedom Forever and I am now responsible for all moneys dispersed.
