I ordered a pair of shoes that were in stock on Oct 17 2024, and a limited edition hoodie on Oct 13 2024. Their website stated an 8 week fulfillment could be possible. No problem there. Ive contacted for a refund at this point Jan 23 2025 via email and again Feb 2. Also contacting through social media (Facebook) starting Jan 16 2025 through today Feb 5. No resposne.
