I placed an order through their website on July 19, 2023. Four weeks later, I reached out via email to inquire about the status of my order. ORDER SUPPORT apologized for the delays in shipping and offered me an additional free t-shirt on September 19, 2023. I reached out a few more times, seeking updates regarding the order, but I did not get another response until December 5, 2023, alerting me of further shipping delays. When I asked to speak directly to a person over the phone, they denied my request, explaining that they only service through email. I emailed them a few more times over the next couple months to stay in contact, but they did not respond again until February 2, 2024. It was the same excuse: shipping delays. Now, almost two months later, I still have not received my order, and getting ORDER SUPPORT to respond is like trying to pull teeth from a toddler. They respond once about every three times I reach out, with months between responses, and sometimes only after I threaten to take legal action. It has been almost nine months since I originally placed this order and there has not been any progress in receiving it.

Tried to buy a hoodie, website says it takes 10-14 day to process your order. It’s been well over that, I’ve contacted them once nicely and never heard back from them. Other people are saying they have been scammed as well

Came across the company through an instagram advertisement , followed the link to purchase through the app. Was taken to the company website where I made my purchase and received order confirmation email. The website states orders are fulfilled within 14 business days. I placed my order 78 days ago.
